Hi, I am Wendy a certified functional Medicine Certified Health Coach, Yoga Instructor & Certified in the Bredesen Recode for reversing cognitive decline.

Over the last 20 years, I have dedicated my energy to research and education in health, exercise and how to work towards optimal wellness. I have worked with clients for digestive issues, autoimmune conditions, chronic illness, weight reduction, and lifestyle change, getting to the root cause and how to receive balance through meditation and yoga. I consider myself an amateur chef that creates recipes for busy lives that center around taste, and phytonutrients. I have been writing and speaking about integrating food for fuel, healing, essential oils, & reducing toxic load. My passion and goals are to assist others in cultivating a lifestyle of freedom and health. As a digestive & whole living coach my hope is to share my love of healing foods, cooking, health, yoga stress reduction and natural living tips that can transform even the busiest lives.
