Biographical Info
I am a graduate of FMCA. I am a certified functional medicine health coach. I am a mom of 6 children. Ages from 23-11. I have 5 boys and one girl. My husband is a Medical Doctor who is getting his certification in Functional Medicine. I have taught fitness classes for 20 years. I love all things related to fitness and health. Becoming a health coach was the perfect addition to my life. I love to encourage people and help them lead a healthier lifestyle.
