I have always had a love for science and health ever since I was small. At the age of 14 years old after a sports injury and mild concussion, my chronic pain never went away. I spent more than 20 years maneuvering through a medical system that doesn’t understand chronic disease and I continued to decline. Going back and forth from being bed bound and getting lost driving in my city, I was on my last leg of hope when I heard Dave Asprey speak in Los Angeles. I was introduced a patient empowered world of medicine and biohacking and I’d about other power players in the Functional Medicine space that would change my life forever. With the guidance of the Bredesen Protocol, the Wahls Protocol, and my gene reports, I gave myself a new life.

I’m passionate about bringing new ideas to the fibromyalgia and chronic pain community. It’s overdue for thinking outside of the box. After graduating from FMCA, I followed the authors’ books that never left my bedside. I became a Certified Wahls Protocol® Health Professionals and completed the course in Reversing Cognitive Decline.
