Maria Paula Goncalves

Hi, my name is Maria Paula Goncalves, I originally qualified as a Food Engineer with a master’s degree and a PhD in Food Science, and I am now practicing as a nutritionist with a master’s degree in Human Nutrition, as well as a Functional Medicine Health Coach certification.

I am hugely passionate about food, health and the whole person approach to wellbeing that leverages a person’s inner strengths and values. I love dedicating my time and expertise to help people implement the fantastic tools of nutrition, healthy lifestyle and mind-body interventions for the prevention of and support for physical and mental health problems.
