Mohamed Mostafa

Mohamed Mostafa was a former accountant but soon after starting his career, he realised that helping others get over their pain and functioning at their best is what he wanted to do for life. Mohamed who is a  Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach.  He’s receiving his health coaching education from the Functional Medicine Coaching Academy. He also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sports Rehabilitation from Salford University, United Kingdom.
Mohamed has a passion for health and wellness and helping others learn to make lifelong lifestyle changes through nutrition, exercise and stress management.  As a physical therapist and a health coach, he partners with people to move them from illness to wellness and from where they are to where they want to be.
Each of us has the power to create the health they want. We now know that one’s mindset can influence physiology and that while our genes are very important, they do not have to be our destiny! Health creation and disease avoidance can be achieved by slight tweaks to our mindset and lifestyle. Mohamed’s coaching philosophy is built on the foundation of mindset and behaviour change intervention, as well as the new science of brain health and positive psychology.

Working with Mohamed, clients receive the support, education, and accountability they need to make gradual, lifelong changes to be the human they were destined to become.
