I am a recent FMCA graduate with a lifelong interest in health, wellness, and fitness. I have spent the last 25 years in public service in one way or another and consider functional medicine health coaching to be an extension of my desire to serve the common good and help others. I am passionate about wellness and engage in an active healthy lifestyle myself, to include Crossfit, obstacle course racing, low carb eating, meditation and a variety of other health-related pursuits. I’ve experienced firsthand the benefits of an improved lifestyle and am excited to help others experience the same benefits. I live in the Washington DC area and am available for in-person or virtual online coaching.
