Biographical Info
I just moved back to St. Louis after 10 years of living in the mountains in Colorado and volunteering abroad. I’m a pole dance instructor, meditation facilitator and health coach. I love being in nature, corgis, sushi and traveling anywhere new.
Coaching Areas
While I work with any area of lifestyle change my favorite part of coaching is working with sensuality and body confidence. This means prioritizing movement and thought patterns that feel good in order to become more embodied in every moment.
