I am passionate about helping people thrive in a world in which it gets more difficult to do so all the time.

 I am a strong proponent of taking care of our environment not only because we need to be good stewards, but also because it directly affects our health and the health of our children and grandchildren.

 My own health journey really started at a very young age. I didn’t understand how many of my childhood symptoms were related to my increasing symptoms as an adult until recent years, and I’ve explored many paths looking for answers to struggles with gut problems, constipation, SAD, brain fog, memory and decision-making challenges, muscle and joint pain, fatigue, insomnia and autoimmune conditions.

 I’m excited to say that it has all helped my get to where I need to be today. Things aren’t perfect yet, but I know I’m on the right path because all of my symptoms have improved dramatically and many have completely resolved.

 I am rooted in Functional Medicine and positive psychology, and am also well informed of many other helpful, connected modalties. I had a very successful practice working as a Nationally Certified Massage Therapy and Bodyworker Practioner, have studied and applied practical homeopathy, am a Certified Level 2 Medical Qigong Practioner and stay well informed of the most current health and wellness information and science available.
