Mindfulness, positive psychology, character strengths, functional medicine and yoga are now part of her lifestyle and the tools she uses with her clients to help them on their path to well-being.

From her personal experience with chronic illnesses such as depression, hormonal imbalances, early menopause, and autoimmune diseases such as hashimoto’s thyroiditis, she has discovered that one of the purposes in her life is to share her learning and knowledge in order to encourage others to take the reins of their health, using the power of transformation that functional medicine coaching provides.

She currently works in partnership with a functional Medicine Doctor Juan David Aristizabal from Colombia and conducts personalized virtual sessions nationally and internationally aimed at supporting, guiding and motivating his patients and her clients to implement protocols, therapeutic diets, incorporate healthy habits and make changes in their lifestyle to prevent , recover and take health and well-being to the highest level.
