Lauren brings numerous and proven change strategies to her coaching from her more than 25 years leading teams and developing individuals at International Business Machines (IBM). She is a Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach, and a Certified Culinary Nutrition Expert and Instructor of the Academy of Culinary Nutrition. Lauren is recognized by the International Consortium for Health and Wellness Coaching through their National Board Certification Exam.
