Hello! I am a health coach who helps you navigate and transition through health challenges (whether ongoing or newly diagnosed) back to the best version of yourself.

My style, is to always meet you and start where you are in your life. From there when you are ready, we co-create a personalized plan which guides you to maximize your inner strengths and empowers you to push beyond self-imposed limitations. We will embrace you as a whole person diving into areas of your life that you choose to explore, unwind, reframe and redesign building resiliency to consistently incorporate lifestyle changes that are sustainable within your life.

I have been a registered nurse for over 30 years with a very diverse medical background that included critical care, medical surgical, home health, pharmaceuticals and sole proprietor of, Healing Touch by Kathy, focusing on stress management in chronic diseases. I have witnessed time and time again that the power of the human spirit and with the right people in your corner everything is possible and that includes becoming the greatest version of yourself anytime in your life at any age.

I truly believe we each deserve to be our most healthy, happy and productive version of ourselves regardless of where you are in this moment.
