Mind-Body meets Gut-Brain.
My coaching roots are steeped in the field of Mind-Body with over 20 years of teaching yoga; incorporating meditation, and a little hypnotherapy in everything I do, including Thai Body therapy. Despite living a healthy life, with purpose and wonder, I struggled with my own health issues, particularly with digestion. This is where I found Functional Medicine to be so helpful. For the past 5 years, I have devoted myself to understanding the Gut-Brain connection as well as the Mind-Body. I can see the value of both worlds and how beneficial each is in addressing any kind of disease or discomfort of the mind and body. I feel really happy in being able to inspire others to take the leap and take control of their own health. The body is so forgiving once we learn how to listen to what it is telling us.
