Karen Boden

Karen is a Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach currently working on her 200 Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) Certification. Drawing on the belief that we are marvelously designed by God, Karen focuses on lifestyle choices to promote holistic healing and strengthen the mind, body and spirit.

Suffering with debilitating illness for years, a long time friend mentioned Functional Medicine. After seeking medical advice at The Cleveland Clinic Functional Medicine Department, she was diagnosed with mold exposure from her work place, which led her on the road to reclaiming her health and learning more about Environmental Illness.

She honors the fact that each of us is unique, with no set approach that applies to all. She coaches in lifestyle choices that bring forth each person’s unique gifts and promote living with greater ease and acceptance. Karen’s mission is to help people live their best life by using methods in areas such as self-care, mindfulness, meditation, gratitude and stress reduction.
