I am a Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach, Physical Therapist, wife and mother of 5, and enthusiast of all things related to natural health. I have personally reversed 15 years of depression, fatigue, and leaky gut naturally, and I have successfully walked clients through elimination diets while they wean off medications with their doctor’s approval.
