Julie is a dedicated coach who after being healthy, vibrant and even a competitive athlete has suffered thru mysterious illness for the past 4 years, trying to navigate through Western Medicine without any answers or relief. After being introduced to Functional Medicine, Julie has learned how dramatically our environment can affect our health and well-being. Through years of research, working with doctors, and working with clients, Julie has taken the journey of recovery and initiative to helping herself and many others get to the source of their illness. Then together they find answers and take steps to finding the right doctors, labs/testing, practitioners and lifestyle changes that can contribute to the person’s journey to health and joy again.
