Laura Calascione-Nguyen, FMCHC, NBC-HWC is the GlassFull Gal™ and founder of GlassFull Coaching™. Despite being dismissed by leading medical professionals for over a year, she followed her instincts and kept searching for answers. Suffering with debilitating illness after toxic mold and chronic low-dose carbon monoxide exposures, she ultimately found a Functional Medicine Doctor knowledgeable in Environmental Medicine who got her on the road to reclaiming her health.

This life-changing experience led Laura to become a Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach and National Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach. As a lifestyle & health coach, she encourages clients to cultivate more curiosity in their lives, helping them to develop greater agency. Understanding the profound impact often overlooked things can have on one’s quality of life, she helps clients learn to become more in-tune with their body’s messages and gain proficiency in communicating effectively with their practitioners for truly collaborative care.
