I have been a lifelong athlete, focused on nutrition, and always very interested in all things medical. I joined the USAF after high school and was fortunate to travel Europe and Southeast Asia. After working as a Surgical Tech, raising a family, and competing as an elite endurance athlete, I decided to make health and wellness my life’s mission; most importantly, I wanted to help people live their healthiest lives. As a NASM CPT with a Fitness Nutrition Specialty, and a Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach, I am so fortunate to be able to assist clients to achieve their optimal health!
