Twenty years ago, I quitted my work as a Chartered Accountant of the National Italian Register, when I lost my mother for a stomach cancer: that day, I swore that my life should have purpose only if I devoted it to helping others to reach and maintain Health.
I began to study all the subjects connected to mental balance, nutrition, exercise, hormonal management and psychoneuroendocrineimmunology (pnei), functional medicine and lifestyle medicine.
I think that to be a health coach is a great privilege and responsibility, so it is fundamental doing this delicate job with the maximum competence and fairness, knowing and sharing functional medicine principles, that inspires FM doctors, with whom FM coaches cooperate.
I have a master degree in Economics (Università “L. Bocconi” Milan, Italy) and one in “Lifestyle Medicine” (Univ. “La Sapienza”, Rome, Italy- and Harvard Medical School -Boston, MA), besides many other certifications as counselor, advisor anti aging, nutritional advisor, personal trainer, psych-k facilitator, nlp trainer etc., but becoming a Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach by F.M.C.A. represented the coronation and the synthesis of all the work I did in the last twenty years.
