Through my own personal health struggles, I found the healing of functional medicine. I’ve studied and practiced MBSR techniques that has helped form my mind-body approach to functional medicine. Recently completed training at Functional Medicine Coaching Academy in August 2019 and am a certified functional medicine health coach. I enjoy the personalized approach of health coaching and listening to clients unique stories, their motivators and supporting them through their healing journey. At Monarch Health & Wellness, my sister, an MD certified functional medicine practitioner and myself as the health coach team, can provide client-centered and personalized wellness plans that focus on lifestyle medicine such as: sleep, movement, food as medicine, stress reduction and overall wellness.
