Elizabeth

Elizabeth came to health coaching after her own health battle with Lyme disease and other autoimmune diseases. She loves working with clients and equipping them to look at life with a wellness mindset. As a health coach, Elizabeth empowers her clients to take ownership of their own health. Each client has the right to make decisions, including what food they eat, movement they do, relationships they pursue, and attitude that carries them through the day.
