Biographical Info

Diana-Liz Gallego is a Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach, a Texas certified dance and physical educator with a master’s degree in dance from Texas Woman’s University. After the passing of six family members Diana decided to learn all she could about Alzheimer’s. She has completed ReCode training on the Bredesen Protocol for the Reversal of Cognitive Decline and the Prevention of Alzheimer’s.

In preparation for the National Board Certification Health and Wellness Coaches examination through the International Consortium of Health and Wellness Coaching and the National Board of Medical Examiners, Diana is seeking 10 volunteers to work with her 30 to 40 minutes weekly for two months via Zoom and FaceTime at no charge. Diana is passionate about coaching clients to a personalized plan that incorporates food, movement, relaxation, sleep and relationships as medicine. Using a whole systems approach that emphasizes practical application Diana offers private and group coaching sessions that include grocery store tours, meal planning, cooking as well individualized educational workshops so that clients walk away with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to sustain a healthful lifestyle.
