Paula DeFreitas

My commitment to this career path of Health Coaching, along with my motivation, is more about being a listener striving for discovery of our innate strengths while drawing on years of placement under circumstances that rely heavily on instinct.  If I falter, then I know that I am vulnerable enough to understand the human need to connect but to also ultimately move forward through ongoing change and transformation.  This is my accountability for being present and waking up daily with my mantra of, “may I be enough”.
