Colleen is a Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach, National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach, Certified Lifestyle Educator, and Herbalism Apprentice. She has studied and worked in the field of Functional/Integrative healing and nutrition for over thirteen years, and is a forever passionate student.
She utilizes a body, mind, spirit approach to help clients get to the deeper roots of chronic dis-ease like stubborn gut issues, hormone imbalances, low mood or energy, and more. Her passion is helping clients reconnect with their bodies and nature, tune into their intuition and needs, and weave a more empowered life of health and purpose for their unique being. She lives with her husband and pups in Topanga (LA), works with clients locally and abroad, and leads monthly fermented food and wellness workshops.
