Biographical Info

My passion is to facilitate transformation in people who long to be the best version of themselves and function optimally in all areas of their lives. I co-create with clients a safe space where we find openings to move forward out of limitations – physical, emotional, mental and spiritual. I bring a toolbox of mindfulness counselling and neuroplasticity based techniques (meditation, visualisation, mindfulness) for creating supportive neural-biochemical states, for optimal functioning. This also includes coaching on personal lifestyle factors such as:

  • Getting better sleep & relaxation time
  • Stress transformation
  • Changing eating habits
  • Incorporating more movement
  • More fulfilling relationships with yourself and others
  • Creating more playfulness and joy in your life

I support clients in their own self-directed health and wellness journeys or I can partner with health practitioners to help implement the prescribed lifestyle changes (which health practitioners often don’t have time for or it may not be cost effective). I offer both one on one and small group health coaching and counselling.

I also offer “self care” tune ups for people who want to optimise their resiliency and ability to roll with all of life’s challenges – to shift from surviving to thriving.
