Catalina has been working as a health coach and consultant since 2010. As a functional medicine health coach she works with individuals, small-medium businesses and large corporations by creating a health and wellness culture. She is the creator of wellness programs for large national and international companies, based on behavior changes, character strengths, functional nutrition, lifestyle changes and positive psychology, in order to create changes from the inside out of individuals and thus create a direct impact in the company´s wellness culture.
