Julie Johnson here! I’m a woman, daughter, mom and wife. I’m here to share my journey to be happy, healthy, and to live each day with aloha.

Here’s a little about me: I was raised on Maui by my parents along with two older brothers, where I learned to enjoy the outdoors and especially the ocean. I loved being in the waves and surfing any chance I could get. I moved to Colorado for college and just as soon as I moved into my dorm room I met my amazing husband. We have been together ever since! Wow times flies. We finished college together, bought a house, and raised two amazing boys. I went back to school and received my Early Childhood Montessori Teacher Training. I was then a teacher for 10 years! I loved my job and made a positive impact on many children lives and they, in turn, did the same for me. My husband was offered a job in the Bay Area… We decided to take the leap and move. This brought me closer to Maui and I now have a chance to go surfing! This first year has been tough to say the least. The Bay Area has new schools, new friends, new gym, and it has been pretty difficult. We are now in our New Home! I finally feel like I have landed and now I can start my next adventure. I can grow in so many ways through fitness, food, heath, and mindset. I want to share with you “all the things” and maybe we can help each other to live aloha, be happy and to be healthy.
