Biographical Info
I am a Functional Health Certified Health Coach and Board Certified Nurse Coach.
I am also a Board Certified Family Practice Nurse Practitioner and retired Certified Nurse Midwife,
I learned by many years of medical practice that throwing pills at symptoms wasn’t helping anyone get better.
I pursued a Functional Medicine Coaching Certification because it showed me how to help people be the healthiest version of themselves with minimal reliance on medication.
I am also a wife, mother, grandmother, pet mother (two dogs and cat) and a Sweet Adeline Barbershop Singer.

Chronic illness: This would include diabetes, hypertension, thyroid issues, cancer and so on.
Stress management using the Heartmath program.
