Suzanne Trainor

Suzanne Trainor, MBA, FMCHC is a certified health and wellness coach and certified life coach. An avid researcher in the areas of mental, physical, and spiritual well-being, Suzanne’s greatest joy is in guiding others as they uncover and experience their own deep inner wisdom, peace, and vibrant health. She is also a long-time meditator and a huge lover of the outdoors. A perpetual student, Suzanne has additional certificates in Mind-Body Skills and Meyers-Briggs. In her past life, she directed physician services, outreach, and marketing/education for a Tenet Healthcare hospital. She still participates, as an advisor, in the national, commercial construction business she and her husband co-founded in 2001. She’s married (33 years), has 2 sons, one stepson, and 3 grandchildren.
