Hi, I’m Stefanie, Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach, wife, mother, elimination diet guru and student of meditation.

For as long as I can remember I struggled with crippling anxiety. I was afraid to live life and be happy. I was always waiting for the worst to happen. Then I discovered functional medicine, the power of food, the world of meditation and how to identify the things that were really causing my anxiety.
My journey left me inspired to become a functional medicine certified health coach so that I can help all of you stop worrying and start living.

I also hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Administration as well as certificates in herbalism and mindfulness. I spent years working in corporate human resources and fully understand the stressful dynamics of balancing career and family.

I believe in a holistic approach to wellness and am here to help you and your entire family.
