Robin works with people in chronic pain or injury to find relief quickly without the need for drugs. When designing clients’ individualized coaching programs, she promotes prevention and wellness with a whole-body approach. While taking into account their short and long-term goals she teaches clients to become their own health care advocate.
Robin incorporates her long history as a personal trainer, sports and medical massage practitioner and a functional medicine health coach to help others rid themselves of their pain, inflammation, weight issues and sleepless nights, while gently nudging her clients to become more mindful of their self-care.
