My passion for simple living, mindfulness and Functional Health started several years ago, when I realized that the path to success and happiness commonly prescribed by our society  (i.e. more is better) was not getting me any closer to the fulfilling life that I always envisioned.

After simplifying both my physical and mental “clutter”, I discovered a better way to experience contentment and abundance. Through simplicity, I was able to create the space and freedom to design a life that works for me and my family while experimenting and developing new interests and skills.

As I helped others navigate through a similar journey, I rediscovered my  passion for coaching and in 2018 decided to pursue my certification as a Wellness and Lifestyle Coach with the Functional Medicine Coaching Academy.

I found that Functional Health, Simplicity and Mindfulness have a lot in common as they all focus on the root cause of illness and discontent.

I currently live in the Chicago suburbs with my wonderful wife and our two sons (10 & 13.) Our love for travel has taken us to amazing places around the world and through our journey we have learned that often a life with less – less clutter, distractions and stress can lead to a life with more – more time, abundance, awareness and contentment.
