I am a functional medicine certified health coach (FMCHC) and I can support you make the diet and lifestyle changes that you want in your life. As a health coach I am trained in positive psychology and motivational interviewing which are the tools that I use to help you find your inner motivation and guide you through the change process. I also constantly seek personal development and improvement and bring a unique combination of character strengths to the coaching space: honesty, open-mindedness, perseverance, perspective and prudence.
